Much of Anastasia and Titan AE was animated in Toronto under the supervision of roger chiasson by an excellent crew. I was part of the later film effort and
Interesting to hear your thoughts on this. I too grew up with Don Bluth films, Land Before Time and All Dogs Go to Heaven were my favorites of his. Of course, watching All Dogs now, I cringe at the story, but it's just so nostalgic and I can't help but like it. Land Before Time though, still amazing to me :) Still a fan of his animation, even if it can be over the top, there's just something about it that I love.
Aw thanks! I actually heard about you from Louise a few years back, she had mentioned you took fundies at Sheridan and then ended up at Calarts! How awesome! Your artwork is great btw Toniko! I'm glad to see that your most recent film got such a response! It was so creative and inspiring! C: Looking forward to seeing what else you do!
oh man, thanks for sharing that! having watched those clips, it's a bit crazy how much those sequences contrast one another. out of context, you'd probably never guess they were from the same film even!
Toniko, didn't you know that the entire production of Anastasia was in Pheonix, Arizona?
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I'm a Singaporean living in Australia. (just like Jimmy!)
Hahahaha! ;)
